Please allow Emma & Julia some time to prepare your order. Your order is wrapped with lots of love and shipped via POST NL/ MY PARCEL within 1-5 working days after placing an order. Custom orders take about 1-5 working days to process.
You will receive a shipping track and trace from our shipping partners: post NL or my parcel. Please check your spam folder!

RETURNS:
Studio Bim Bam wants you to be happy with your bold beauty! If for some reason you are not all that happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days after delivery, at hallostudiobimbam@gmail.com and we we'll figure something out! :)
- You can return an item within 14 days after purchase.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Your returned item will be inspected, before any refunds are approved.
- Studio Bim Bam does not currently cover the cost of return shipping.
- Sale/outlet or sample items can not be returned or refunded
- Studio Bim Bam does not exchange items unfortunately.
