WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Please allow Emma & Julia some time to prepare your order. Your order is wrapped with lots of love and shipped via PostNL within 1-5 working days after placing an order. Custom orders take about 1-5 working days to process. 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:

Netherlands: 1-2 working days

Europe 1: 2-5 working days

Europe 2: 2-9 working days

Rest of the world: 5-10 working days

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, but you have to be quick! ;) Studio Bim Bam tries to ship as quickly as possible, once an order is processed and shipped it can not be cancelled. 

HOW TO I ORDER WHOLESALE?

Well, so nice of you to ask! ;) Please contact Emma at hallostudiobimbam@gmail.com and she will get right back at you with all the info you need! Please don't forget to tell Emma a bit about your shop/webshop too. Also: Emma loves to take a peek at your instagram feed! 

DOES STUDIO BIM BAM HAVE A REAL STORE THAT I CAN VISIT?

No :) But please check out the stockist list to see if there's a shop nearby that sells Studio Bim Bam goodies. 

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS?

No. We are a small business, with a petit ‘base’ collection and not too much stock. This way we can be sustainable, by not having large stocks or unsold items. We will host a studio sale once in a while: our very fun design sample shop. :)

CAN I PAY WITH I-DEAL? 

Yes, you can! We just added this payment method! YAY!  

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM MADE PIECE OF JEWELRY?

Hell yeah! Emma loves making custom made pieces. A grand personal design or just a small color adjustment? Please send an email to Bim Bam with a detailled description.  

HOW DO I KEEP MY JEWEL PRETTY? 

The life expectancy of your jewel will depend on how your carefully you take care of it.

Here are some tips: 

  • Firstly: don't stand on it. Period. ;)
  • Keep away from sharp objects or things that give off color
  • Clean your bold beauty regularly with a damp cloth or wet baby wipe 
  • Store your jewel somewhere safe and away from direct sunlight

WHAT KIND OF CLAY DO YOU USE?

I use polymer clay! There are lost of brands, I like to work with Fimo, Cernit and Sculpey.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR INSPIRATION FROM?

Well, just almost everything, from beautiful movies to fashion to paper to party supplies. My head is spinning 24-7, but amazing color-combo's and compositions are the most inspiring thing for me at the moment. I love visiting museums and new cities, to get new creative energy flowing. I also collect weird DIY books from the 60s/70s/80s. These books show how to make something cool out of practically nothing, which is AMAZING! 

DO YOU GIVE WORKSHOPS?

Not at the moment, but we would love to share our knowledge do that in the futere!
